Is there any mods/plugins that has a feature like PaperMC "feature seed" that scrambles everything in a Minecraft seed and makes seed cracking basically worthless?

Is it possible to make it so when contraption disassemble on blocks, the blocks of the contraption break instead of the blocks it disassembles on. Such as when a contraption dissembles on bedrock or a end portal frame.
