I have a crossbite, difficultly fitting my tongue inside my mouth and I believe I have sleep apnea as well. I just had my x-rays for the first time. how severe is my case? do I have a small airway and what need to be done to correct my jaw/bite?

Could jaw alignment issues cause a weakness in the shoulder and arm nerves, especially the hand? or are they unrelated?
