my car was declined for the AC Condenser shaft seal warranty. It was confirmed to be faulty so now im looking around for the seals and having someone i know replace it and wondering if i should avoid getting the Honda OEM Genuine shaft seal knowing it to be a common issue of it leaking?

My fk7 ac condenser has a leak but it is dented so it isn't warranted by Honda, so deciding it to diy, should i avoid buying the original part knowing it is a well known issue for it to leak? or should i get an after market part? if so which one
