Was quoted $1125 to replace 45' of gutters, no down spouts, on 2nd story. They did not haul away old gutters and I have not paid yet. How much should I complain and withhold payment.

What's the problem? I had thr line from the water heater (attic, 3rd floor) down to the first floor replaced because of a leaky joint. Ten days later the T at the next joint leaked. Now, 2 days later, there's no hot water.
