Had these for about 3 months now. Newbies here. Are they doing okay? The one with bloom... the bloom grows but never opens?? All you experts help me out would ya?? Lol Thanks sooo much!!

Hi everyone! I've had these about 3 months now. The one came with the bloom but only has grown a wee bit of a new leaf. Should I be soaking them more? How long for each? Do they look okay? Thank you all so much!!
