Does anyone here actually realize how strong they are? You are not just traumatized individuals. You’re warriors. The fact that you are here says that you want to fight for a better future which is something that is very impressive.

When having fatigue is a trigger, sometimes all I need to do is realise that I’m physically exhausted and take a good rest and after that, I’m good to go.

Does anyone of you feel lost? Not knowing where to go in life. I want to move to another country but everywhere around us are riots and just so much instability. Are there even any current places in Europe left where its still peaceful? I want to start a new life somewhere outside of the Netherlands
