So previous owner installed aftermarket halo headlights and he never got the halos working and the low beams stopped working… my question is what wires turns on the halos I plan on connecting them to fog lights but lmk what you guys think.. these are pictures of the headlights

Having idle issues any help is appreciated… I think my throttle cable is too tight or my iacv needs cleaning what do you guys think? It idles at like 1900 rpms and it only starts jumping like that when it’s warmed up and driven around at slow speeds but other then that it runs good
