(25f) I'm so confused. The guy I was seeing broke it off bc he was so busy with his PhD and emotionally unavailable and can't be in a relationship due to past trauma but then is in a full on serious relationship less than a month later?

(25f) The guy I was seeing for months (26m) ended things out of the blue bc he can't do any relationships and doesn't want anything serious due to his PhD and past trauma, is now suddenly in serious relationship a month later.
