My Nintendo switch's mother board broke, ive had it for since the first year of the console release and have spent over $1300 on digital games. Will I still have those on a new console if i use the same nintendo account?

My switch kept orange screening while in the dock for a while and I go to turn it on today and it is pitch black, i cant reboot it or anything, there is no response or anything. Just black, is there anything I can do?
