For now I've been practicing with headphones with my bass. Is it possible to run two basses at the same time through a hx stomp so me and my gf can practice together with headphones?

What's another bass guitar I could add to my collection that is nothing like my Yamaha 504 bass. Been looking to get into drums but I'm honestly stuck between starting them or getting a completely different bass guitar.

I have a $1000 to spend on drum related items. Right now I have a Rockwood ($300) kit I found at work. What can I do to make it really amazing. I've been looking at the Yamaha pure white kit with hardware but I'd still need cymbals. Used market isn't looking too good around me.

When people talk about the p bass or the stingray being a completely different instrument. What is the Yamaha 504 bass considered? Is it just a p bass or just a normal bass?
