Worth it? is it true that if u get dlc the matchmaking will take longer? I know some say so but ive found no proof about this

Was tryin iw4x as someone suggested that mw2 on steam is very dangerous due to hacks (no issue personally after 60+ hrs). But damn iw4x servers are EMPTY. Not only that but the only "active" servers are a hardcore and lameshot sniping which is sad. While mw2 2009 is rocking 300 ppl and classic modes
