When using a Torque wrench on my Honda engine, the manual says me to first tighten to 29 lbf/ft. Then it says tighten 90 degrees in two steps (1/4 turn each). I don't understand how much torque is required for this 90 degrees because it doesn't say what lbf/ftI should tighten it to again?
