I'm trying to block this person who apparently has access to my business page however is not appearing on admins / permissions. I can't find a fix anywhere please help he is sabotaging my business he's an old employee

how do I fix this issue on facebook, I'm trying to block this person who is not appearing on current admins however It still says they are one and have access " Error You cannot block a user who has access to your profile. They are trying to sabotage my business as they are a former employee. pls?
