Why do animals have the brain located in the head? I mean, the neck is very vulnerable and it would make much mire sense for it to be near tge heart or somewhere similar.

Any source I've heard from insists on time travel being possible inside black holes. Yet, by my understanding (which is extremely limited), infinite gravity should stop time and not reverse it. How is that?
