Basil II was an Eastern Roman Emperor who ruled from 976-1025. He is known for reconquests of lots of Roman land in Bulgaria, Armenia, and Georgia. He is known as the "Bulgar Slayer" for his many conflicts against them and his blinding of the enemy army.

How should one use early Soviet fighters in arcade battles? Every fight I get into turns into me trying to outturn enemies, which is nearly impossible for these planes. Their turn radius is horrible.
