First post! My husband cooked this Steak Roquefort (HT claimed filet mignon, looks like strip to me??) perfectly medium (IMO). My iron levels have been low and we're about to get walloped by Hurricane Debby. It was delicious! Beautiful picture? No. Delicious steak? HELL YES.

I often see posts where sea creatures (mola molas, dolphins, seals, for example) have washed ashore with obvious marks of predation, why do the predators and then scavengers not eat the entire animal? It seems like they leave so much left, is there a reason for this?
