Made an EFT deposit to my new WS cash account but want to transfer portion to my savings account. It was only $250, and I’m able to “spend” it but I can’t transfer it? Will this be the case for up to 5 biz days?

Just found out that WS Cash accounts aren’t actually CDIC insured in the circumstance WS goes bankrupt. Is this as big of a deal as I’ve made it in my head?
