I know this page is mainly indoor but I’m stuck. I know I have a slug problem but can’t figure out if this is Septoria, unknown pest, or a calmag issue. Any help is appreciated

1 top of 1 plant. Somebody tried saying it was calmag issue but I doubt it. I’m thinking it might be some type of fungus. It’s been raining a lot in the northeast this season. Any ideas on what it is.

I know I have a slug problem but not quite sure what the other problem is. Been spraying Dead Bug and now Spinosad. Not sure if the dots are early Septoria, pest, or calmag issue.
