I bought the disc for MW2019 on Xbox One. I recently switched to Series X and when I try to play it shows me this. I click “play” but it takes me to the store. What do I do?

Says that I have to purchase even though I have the disk, what do I do? Disk is for Xbox One and I’m playing on a Series X	17
