I’ve (M31) unfortunately put on a lot of weight in the last 1.5 years and it all went to my gut. No underlying conditions, just bizarre weight genetics. I asked chatGPT to describe me in 10 words, and that was a wakeup call. Need to make changes so I’m not perpetually overdue with triplets.
