Wilhelm II is said to have been appalled at the Kristallnacht Jewish pogroms in 1938 but in 1918 soon after the surrender in WW1, he seems to suggest the Jews must be gassed for their role in the German surrender. Do we know if and what caused his change in attitudes towards Jews?
