When I don't eat for an extended period of time, I don't get hungry. Instead I get lightheaded and vertigo. Why?

[Geography] Is it possible to physically feel the differences in rotational speed on parts of the Earth (i.e. low on the north pole, high on the equator)? If so, why and how? If not, why wouldn't we notice such a large change in speed?

If the human body is naturally at about 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, why don't we feel cold at 90 degrees and only a little warm at 110 degrees?
