Help me identify who was that person. It's Polish. I know that he was somewhat close to Józef Piłsudski, and there were photos with him and Pilsudski family. Can someone identify the uniform? Colored picture is AI, so colors may be incorrect.

I changed thermal pads in my 3060ti, and after that my fps dropped by 20. GPU clock frequency dropped, occasional drop in fps, render latency in benchmark is 300-400ms, 80–90 watts at 100% GPU load. Pic is stress test before and after changing pads.
