I alway have gel top coat on top of my dip nails. Sometimes after a set I realize some nail edges need some slight buffing and the shape needs to be perfected a bit. I will usually take a buffer and do this or a gentle file . Do I need to apply another top gel coat after this due to the “free edge?”
