If the gravitational constant changed from 9.8/ms2 to 9.7m/s2 would we notice any changes, or would it need to be a bigger difference for us to notice?

Gravity question. How much of a change would need to happen for us to notice it’s changed? For instance gravity is measured at 9.8m/s2. Would we notice a difference if it somehow changed to 9.79m/s2? Or would it need to be more drastic change like 9.0.
