why isn't torpex used in non naval bombs when it has a far bigger tnt equivalent than most explosive types ? same thing for other explosive types like Exp. D (U.S. 75 and 76) that have a lower tnt equivalent than tnt, why not use one of the many others ?

Alright so I've been drunk on wine over a hundred times but I tried liquor today. Way better tasting but when I type what I took in a calculator its way higher than how I feel. Is that normal ? Will I puke / get hungover if I get past what I'm used on wine to feel at the same level ?
