Honestly annoys me when people ACTUALLY think that companies care about progressive subjects. i keep hearing "woke disney" this and "wow great of them to show some representation in their movies" that, like... they don't actually care, they just want gay people's money.

looking into the whole "lego sets are to overpriced these days" thing and even though i agree, im starting to think they may have always been overpriced. this set (which is considered to be one of the best sets ever by nerds) in 2024 money is 355 dollars, and PPP it's really terrible.

i've noticed that about every decade or so there's some big stir by movie critics about some new crisis that is going to "kill hollywood" it used to be spoof movies in the 000s, remakes in 10s and legacy sequels in the 20s. what do you guys think the next big crisis will be? (besides legacy sequels)
