My 4 year old son makes constant out of place noises. Usually sound effects from his favorite shows. It gets so loud at times that it is very disruptive.

Does anyone know if limited or scripted speech at 3-4 yrs. can still become fully conversational without speech therapy? If so, what helped? When did you become fully conversational?	4
