This is Rosa Jimenez. In 2003 she was babysitting a child when he choked on paper towel and suffered a fatal brain injury. Jimenez was charged with, and convicted of, murdering him based on faulty and unscientific state testimony. Twenty years later she was exonerated of a crime that never happened.	1413

Courtney Richman began arguing with her and then pushed Coutinho-Lopez with both hands, causing the victim to land on the floor and die. Oliver Ortiz was found unresponsive at his Kansas daycare in 2016. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
