If even one nation can make a Singularity Class AI, what's stopping it from, say, hacking a couple of handfuls of nuclear launch facilities, and starting WW3 by launching them and starting MAD? And if that's not an impossibility, no nuclear launch facilities can be hooked up to the net, in any way.
