[WP] A new curse is afoot. Touching a single flake of it is enough to become afflicted, and as it infests you anybody who touches you gets it too. Icy spikes forming through them jabbing them until they are frozen solid as a statue. It's capable of wiping out entire cities. They call it TouchFrost.
