Hey, I just took off my 2nd skin for my angel, and there’s some sticky stuff on the tattoo from it. Is this a problem?

I took off my 2nd skin and there’s some sticky stuff still on the actual tattoo. Is that ok? It’s hard to see in the photo, but it’s mainly on that part of the tattoo. See how it’s a bit shiny?
