[WP] When the villain conquered the world, he made sure everyone else was 'selectively bred' until free will was no longer a 'trait' outside his bloodline. After centuries, a child outside the villain's bloodline has been born with free will.

[WP] Everyone has a power and a drawback, example: if someone can mind read, they don't have the ability to think. Your power is the ability to see the future, but as a result you cannot remember anything from the previous day. This becomes a problem when you get separated from your family.

[WP] A master criminal was always cleverly avoiding the police; he'd steal a few things, move to the next state, and switch his disguise to do it again. No-one even knows what his REAL face looks like. But he got cocky, and today he walked right into a sting operation... which wasn't even for him!
