[WP] Every kid who gets powers wants to be a hero... well, not EVERY kid. A few loathe the responsibilities and keep their powers secret. One kid decided he'd make a mark being a villain, wanting to make it big, just for the thrills. Getting caught by the best of the best is a good start.
