Haven't had a haircut in weeks, so forgive me 😂😂. Anyways, a week ago, I noticed a weird lump that started looking like acne. It fades to my normal skin color when I press on it and hurts a little, but only when I press it. It also has some flakes.

Shaved my beard to make it more visible what the hell is this? Thisa red thing flakes when it gets dry and it fades to my normal skin color when i press on it , it hurts a lil but only when i press it.
