As I was installing my new piston and piston rings half of the top of the piston ring cracked and fell out is that okay? It’s just half of the top one the bottom one is fine.

What do yall think? I think my engine piston blew idk for sure but getting new one for just in case cuz my piston rings were hard as a rock and got destroyed. The bike wheel is a 12 gauge rear wheel 1.25, and the exhaust is just something to hold me by until I get $85 for the CDH 66H colorful muff
