My PC keeps rapidly frame dropping in any game im in then when I tab out it's fine for a little bit then it starts to frame drop again. In task manager there seems to be a lot of activity of what could be wrong but I'm not an expert so may I get some help please? Thanks so much!

My pc keeps spiking and dropping in framerate when I am in a game and it causes frame jumps, when I exit it the activity I see on my taskmanager goes level and if I go back in its perfectly fine and I get high fps for a bit then I start to drop in frames again. Can someone help me?
