What goes well with a new fresh bag of rice—-? Some fresh tuna, a little shibazuke, a bit of karaage from the store and of course this sujibiki… the Yanagiba got a rest tonight. 👍 a rare 260mm 40/60 knife from a friend in Sakae as well- I tend to like his knives haha 😂👍🔪❤️
