Is this worth wire brushing and rust priming/painting? It's a 2011 lancer. Runs very well, but has 330,000kms on it.

Waiting for parts to be delivered when I decided to pull pushpins out of the front wheel well corner. Always found it weird why it rusted higher up. 2nd Pic shows why! 2011 lancer with 333,000kms on er!
