How is it possible that we have so many realms for Classic Era, so many realms for Classic Cataclysm, but not even one realm for Burning Crusade or Wrath of the Lich King?

Affliction Warlock far and away best trinket in the game, now 2 phases in a row (because it can be used on your first applied Corruption and with everlasting affliction increase it's damage by 25% for the entire fight), is a .5% drop chance from Fel Scars, the most hated content by Warlocks.

Am I going too far if I ask for SoD to have some QOL items added in for alts/new players? The barrier to entry absolutely needs to be lowered.
