The client side thrax ghost bug still exists; thrax legatus have double the ghosts which also make it significantly harder (or impossible) to kill with operator before their attack ends

Since we are never going to get the nox primary stug launcher for some reason, give the stug guaranteed toxin procs on hit, and slow enemies when stuck
