Anyone with a Marauder Destroyer, can you tell me if you can fit this thing within the 6 inches of the board edge when coming out of strategic reserves?

Do you think GW made a mistake with the Heavy Stubber and Storm Bolter, where the stormbolter was supposed to have 3 shots RF 3 and the Stubber should have 2 shots RF 2, but a longer range?
