If the plank distance only goes to 35 digits, and there's a mathematically infinite number of digits between every number, how is it possible for humans to ever correctly denote the distances between any two points in the universe (mathematically) with 100% precision?

Yesterday I saw a rainbow with my polarized glasses, and when I was tilting my head, it disappeared every time. Do rainbows have a particular 'sun-sky-eye' angle. Or a constant polarization? Or is it random every time?
