Do climate models account for statistically probable but unpredictable events? Specifically, do models account for eventual major volcanic events as a factor in emission increases over time? Would a major 1 in 10000 year volcanic event break the models or are these potentialities already worked in?

Have there been or are there currently plans for assembling a multi-stage rocket in orbit? At our current technology level would it be possible to assemble a multi-stage rocket in orbit and then launch it?
