I wish freeform or apple notes had highlighting like the first screenshot. That screenshot is from Excalidraw.com You can give a border to the highlighter to make it look like this. That looks SO NICE. 2nd one is how it looks in Freeform & Apple Notes. I prefer Excalidraw's look to highlighters.
