Practitioner of Combat Sambo, I wanna know about your experience about this particular martial arts, what do you think of it's overall style, the striking, grappling, and wrestling part of it, how is it compare to other arts like Muay Thai, karate, etc?

Before a fight or training, would you recommend to yourself and others to drink an energy drink? Can you perform the same level of performance as when you drank one compared to when your not? What about health, short and long term?
