I've had three for these bumps on my torso and back for about 6 months now there's no fluid no bacteria , they don't change they're just there,what are they? I do sweat a lot might this have something to do with that.. m

What is this I've had three or four of these on my back,side of torso ,no bacteria ,no pus, no fluid, no change they just look like this from day one, they're about the size of a dime what could they be? I do sweat a lot perhaps that has something to do with it I don't know?
