[WP] You see an interesting post, and thinking up a funny comment you go to post it. When you do, however, you see somebody else already posted that comment, word for word. This is the fifth time this has happened, and it's time for answers.

Turns out luck is based on area, not on person. The USA has been one of the luckiest places in the world. About a decade ago, technology managed to detect and quantify luck, so it's fluxes can be predicted like the weather, resulting in mass migrations to areas with more luck.
