I have a weird problem: occasionally, I get a very deep, intense burning sensation in my shoulders, that travels up both sides of my neck and behind my right eyes but not my left. It doesnt happen often, but when it does, it's only after I've eaten.

So I have a weird problem. I sometimes get an intense, deep burning pain in my shoulders after I eat. It spreads up my neck and behind my right eye. Any idea what this is?
