Is there somewhere to find milkweed for butterflies growing on PEI?

Many things (spiders, centipedes, bats etc) help me because they eat disease causing pests innately terrify me and most people. Why would we evolve that way if their proximity means things like less mosquitos and the large number of deadly infections they carry?
